This workshop will explore some mental models and relationship dynamics behind the dominant work culture that need to evolve, in order for us release our potentials for more creativity. We will look at a possible future work culture that is more fluid, more dynamic, and more flexible for all our resources to flow with ease, towards a better future. Resources such as knowledge, role and status, money, skills, passion, relationships etc. We call that possible work culture EcoSystemic which is a blend of Ecosystem+Systemic. It is based on mental models that are aligned with Living Systems Theory and also Systemic Thinking.Living Systems Theory en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Living_systems
THE UNPLANNED ORGANIZATION: LEARNING FROM NATURE’S EMERGENT CREATIVITY
www.margaretwheatley.com/articles/unplannedorganization.htmlSystems Thinking [is] a way of thinking about, and a language for describing and understanding, the forces and interrelationships that shape the behavior of systems. This discipline helps us to see how to change systems more effectively, and to act more in tune with the natural processes of the natural and economic world.

After looking at where we are and the possible Ecosystemic Work Culture, we will look at how our current work culture can be evolved, and how can we facilitate this evolution. The process will be designed to engage the participants in building the knowledge. It will be an example of participatory workshops, which knowledge development happens by engaging the wisdom of all the participants, than just us as the presenters. So we will all learn by experiencing it, together.Join us in the exploration of Ecosystemic Work Culture: How to facilitate the evolution of our work culture for the well being of ourselves, our families, organisations and the planet
